"Breaking Down the February 2024 Advocacy Chair Updates: What You Need to Know"
At our January 24 th PTSA General Meeting, we had two speakers present on
student safety, specifically addressing the issue of crossing guards availability at
and adjacent to the schools. The school system is currently conducting a
transportation study that, among other things, seeks to determine the most
challenging streets and roads for students going to and coming from schools. The
study’s completion date is undetermined, but hopefully will be ready for public
review by the end of this calendar year.
