1. RGMS School Entrance and Exit will be labeled. Please look for signs.
2. Staff Members will be available in the main lobby to assist with questions related to the arrival process.
Arrival to RGMS
- All primary students will report directly to the multipurpose room and line up with their assigned teacher. They will be escorted to their classrooms by the teacher.
- All lower elementary students will report directly to the gym and line up with their assigned teacher. They will be escorted to their classrooms by the teacher.
- All upper elementary students will line up in the main lobby with their assigned teacher and will be escorted to their classrooms.
- Middle School students will report directly to their homeroom class.
Dismissal from RGMS
- Walkers and car riders will be announced over the PA system at 3:50 pm.
- Ms. Adams will call the first round of buses at 3:55 pm.
- Teachers will review bus routes and procedures with students prior to dismissal.
- Parents/Guardians, please make sure that children in the primary and lower elementary program have a tag or index card with the following information to bring on the first day of school:
- Student Name/Grade/Teacher
- Home Address/Home Phone #
- Parent(s)/Guardian(s) Name(s)
- Emergency Contact Numbers
- AM Bus Route #
- PM Bus Route #
